  • What are the system requirements for virtual sessions?

Clients are requested to use a computer with a stable internet connection. Although sessions can be conducted using a mobile phone, it is recommended that clients are in an environment free of noise and outside interruptions or distractions. It is important that the client's equipment should include microphone and speaker capabilities.

  • What makes EduTech Educational Services, LLC. different from other companies?

The services provided by EES, LLC. are supported by more than 20 years of experience that is applied to address our client's specific needs. We take care in understanding who our clients are, the client's academic aspirations, and the sense of urgency in the completion of services which exceed the client's expectations. We seek to ALWAYS positively impact our client's academic journey with on-going support.

  • When and where are coaching sessions conducted?

Coaching and tutoring sessions are conducted virtually. 

  • When and where are editing services conducted?

Once the level of editing services has been mutually agreed upon and accepted by the client and the management team, editing services will be conducted offline.

  • What are your primary service areas/location?

The services provided by EduTech Educational Services, LLC are conducted virtually and do not require close proximity for the delivery of optimal client services.

  • How are clients matched with a coach, tutor, or editor?

During the consultation session, client's needs are assessed and each client is matched based on their specific need for coaching, tutoring or editing services.
